How do I login/logout/reset my password?

I don't know if I have an account

  • First, we recommend that you attempt to reset your password - if you receive the reset e-mail then you have an account and can set a new password to continue.

  • If this does not work, then follow the next section on how to create an account.

How do I create an account?

Simply click the pink bubble icon at the bottom right of the page followed by Send us a message to start the account creation process.

Who can have an account?

To have an account, you need to be an existing customer. When requesting to get an account created, you will need to provide details of someone within Digital Barriers who can confirm your identity.

How long will it take to approve my support account?

We aim to create accounts within 24 hours of a request being made. If there are any problems, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. You can keep an eye on the progress of your request within the chat window.
